ANI Pharmaceuticals Benefit Offerings

Our Benefit Offerings Include:

Medical – Our coverage provides an emphasis on preventive care. In addition, our medical plan offerings provide choice and flexibility, so employees will have the opportunity to select the plan that works best for them and their families.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA): For employees enrolled in a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), ANI offers a Health Savings Account (HSA). This allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified medical expenses. ANI also contributes to the HSA, helping employees manage out-of-pocket medical costs.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): An FSA allows employees to set aside pre-tax income to cover eligible healthcare expenses, including copayments, deductibles, and medical supplies.
  • Dependent Care FSA: A dependent care FSA enables employees to use pre-tax dollars to cover qualifying dependent care expenses, such as childcare or care for dependent adults, helping to manage work-life balance.

Dental – Our Dental plan ensures comprehensive coverage for employees and their families, including preventive services and orthodontia, helping maintain long-term dental health and wellness.

Vision - Our Vision plan offers full coverage for annual eye exams and prescription lenses, including contact lens care. Employees also enjoy additional savings on glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and even Laser Vision Correction.

Life Insurance - ANI provides employer-paid basic life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage. Employees also have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their families.

Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability – ANI provides Short-Term disability benefits for approved claims in the event of non-work-related illness, injury or pregnancy that provides continuation of pay and benefits and Long-Term disability benefits in the event of total and permanent disability that provides continuation of pay.

Voluntary Benefits - In addition to core benefits, ANI offers a range of Voluntary Benefits that allow employees to customize their coverage based on personal needs. These include accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, legal assistance, fraud protection, and pet insurance. These benefits offer added financial protection and flexibility for employees and their families.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Our EAP gives employees 24/7 access to registered nurses, master's-level counselors, and financial and legal specialists, offering confidential support for personal, family, and work-related challenges.

401(k) Savings Plan – Our 401(k) plan offers company-matched contributions and a wide range of investment options. Employees are 100% vested in both their own contributions and the company match, giving them full ownership of their retirement savings. The plan also includes loan provisions, rollovers from previous employers, and catch-up contributions for those 50 and older.

Company Paid Holidays - ANI provides 10 paid holidays each year, allowing employees time to recharge and enjoy important celebrations with loved ones.

Paid Time-Off - Full-time ANI employees receive paid time off, with increasing accrual rates based on years of service, promoting work-life balance and relaxation.

Parental Leave - ANI provides Paid Parental Leave for full-time employees who are birth or non-birth parents. This benefit allows employees to take time off to bond with and care for their new child, supporting both family and career well-being.

Additional Paid Leave - Beyond PTO, ANI offers paid leave for personal days, bereavement, and jury duty, ensuring employees are supported in times of need.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) – U.S. Employees can participate in ANI’s ESPP, purchasing ANI stock at a discounted rate through payroll deductions, allowing them to invest in the company’s success.
